The National Educational Opportunity Center Association (NEOCA) list serve is intended to provide communication across EOC programs. Members will be able to share information relating to US Education Department requirements (APR, legislation, etc.), employment information specific to EOC programs, and general information regarding the NEOCA or EOC Programs.
